Our first report cards will go home this week. We have had a great first nine weeks. I believe all the students are really settled in to the routine now.
Although grades are important, what is most important is the learning. Hopefully the grades will accurately reflect the degree to which each student has mastered the material so far.
On a lighter note, one of the students in the class asked if anyone had an "F". After I assured the student that no one needed to worry about an F, another student joined in saying, "Well what I hope is that no one has a Z, that's the really bad one!" :-D
